About customer experience webinars

Customer experience covers everything a customer goes through with a business, and the sessions listed here look at it from the frontline up.

Customer service skills

Live online courses cover the conversations frontline teams have every day: phone and email service, face-to-face service at the counter or front desk, and staying calm and in control with angry or abusive customers. Most are short, practical and suit staff at any level.

Contact centres and quality

For contact centre leaders there are sessions on team leadership, quality assurance frameworks and calibrated scoring, and ACXPA's monthly Call Centre Roundtable on staffing, technology, service levels and cost pressure.

CX strategy, journeys and retention

Customer journey mapping, voice of the customer research and CX metrics such as NPS, first contact resolution and churn show where customers struggle and what to fix first. Retention courses cover keeping customers who call to cancel.

AI in customer service

AI agents are changing who handles what in service teams. AI sessions from software companies and CX networks cover what they can resolve on their own, and what that means for roles, skills and staffing.

Frequently asked questions

What is customer experience (CX)?

Customer experience is how customers feel about every interaction they have with a business, from the first visit to the website through buying, getting help and leaving. Customer service is one part of it: the conversations on the phone, by email, in chat and at the counter.

Are there free customer experience webinars?

Yes. ACXPA runs a free CX Roundtable on the first Wednesday of each month and a Call Centre Roundtable on the second, both live on LinkedIn, and software companies run free sessions on AI in customer service. Live online training courses, such as those from CX Skills, are paid.

Who are these webinars for?

Customer service staff and team leaders, contact centre and CX managers, quality and workforce planners, and anyone who deals with customers face to face, by phone or in writing. Several courses are introductory and suit small business teams with no formal training.

How do I register for these webinars?

Registration always happens with the host. Each listing links straight to the organiser's own sign-up page, and CMD/CTRL never collects your details on their behalf.

What time zone are the times shown in?

Every time is shown in Sydney time first, with Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth alongside. Each listing also has an Add to calendar link that converts to your own time zone.

Are customer experience webinars free?

Many are. Each listing shows its cost as Free, a price in AUD, or N/A when the organiser doesn't publish one. You can see only free webinars, or combine industry, topic and cost on the full list.

How often is this page updated?

Every morning. New listings are added as hosts announce them, and webinars that have finished drop off at the next update, so everything here is still to come.

Can I list a customer experience webinar here?

Yes, and it's free. Send us the details and we'll check it and add it. Featured placement is also available.
