The Institute of Managers and Leaders (IML ANZ) is the professional association for managers in Australia and New Zealand. It runs the Chartered Manager (CPMgr) accreditation, leadership and management courses and a member network. Its "Lead the way" webinars are one-hour sessions with coaches and practitioners on the issues facing people leaders, such as change, conflict, AI and inclusion, and each counts for one CPD credit.
